Tales of Xillia romanization aliases

Been playing the English version of Tales of Xillia and the character tags need some aliases to match their official names. I'll manually fix the characters that aren't heavily populated.

Alias the following:

elise_lutus -> elize_lutus
tipo_(xillia) -> teepo_(tales) (not to be confused with the Breath of Fire character)
leia_roland -> leia_rolando
gaias -> gaius_(tales) (not to be confused with the giant from Shadow of the Colossus)
wingar -> wingul_(tales) (not to be confused with the Pokemon Wingull. Just realized that his name's spelled with one L, not two.)
preza -> presa_(tales)
agria -> agria_(tales)
jao -> jiao_(tales)
ibal -> ivar_(tales)
muse_(tales_of_xillia) -> muzet_(tales) (She has the é accent, so her name is pronounced like 'Myuzay')

Wingull also needs a qualifier due to the unqualified one being used for a Pokemon.

How about a _(tales) qualifier for all of the single-word names? Even if the names are unique right now it doesn't hurt to qualify short names in case of future conflicts.

Maybe for Jiao and Ivar, since Jiao can easily be a Chinese name while Ivar is a common name in Scandinavia. I have my doubts about Presa and Muzet though, and Agria as well. If that's the case, wouldn't we have to go back into all of the Tales series and use qualifiers for other single-word names to keep things consistent?

But if it's best to have qualifiers for the single-word names, then I can add them for the Xillia characters list if there's a vote.

Do the tales characters even leave their individual games? I haven't researched it nor played them but we should probably use the game name instead of tales if they don't.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking here. As far as using the game name as a qualifier, see forum #88143 for the use of *_(tales).

Do any of the Eternia characters appear in Graces/Rebirth/Vesperia/Etc or do they each appear once and go away forever? using an overarching qualifier only makes sense if crossovers within the same franchise happen. The final fantasy characters with qualifiers are all qualified with their individual games so there's long-standing precedent for this type of qualifier. I meant to bring it up last time but got distracted by other things.

There are Tales crossovers such as the three Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology games (and an expected fourth one, if each of the Kanonnos is designed after the four seasons), and it's a tradition for newer Tales games to have references or optional boss fights against characters from previous Tales games. Radiant Mythology assembles all of the existing characters at that point into one game with an original storyline. There's also other crossovers like Tales of Versus, Tales of Fandom, and Tales of the Heroes: Twin Brave, which crosses over characters from different Tales, but their gameplay is different from the Radiant Mythology games.

Direct Tales sequels are not common; there's Tales of Destiny 2, Tales of Symphonia Knight of Ratatosk, and Tales of Xillia 2. Characters from the prequel show up in the sequels, but the sequel tags are just used for tagging characters that appear in the new game.

As far as characters from previous games having an actual impact on the storyline of future installments, eg. Rid Hershel appearing in Tales of Vesperia's story, that doesn't happen. Each Tales happens in their own universe. The Tales series is incredibly similar to Final Fantasy in terms of creating new universes for all of their installments, and sequels/prequels being infrequent. Namco has just gone mental with the crossovers due to the hype surrounding the Tales series' seiyuu.
