I see many people placing images into public pools that generally do not belong mainly in the ones that replaced tags because of the ambiguity in nature. I feel that the cleanup for these pools need is getting fairly drastic. Also I have seen many flame wars break out due to this on certain images due to this.

I'm sure we'll be getting right on putting "many people" on temporary bans for mucking up "public pools" and creating "flame wars".
Rewrite your OP with actual information instead of vague generalizations hoping that someone else will do the work for you or I'll just lock the thread.

It's mainly in disgustingly adorable, the perfect face, and wow, that was fast pools that I see getting flooded. There is one where a flame war may start in post #1497966 due to timing of the picture.
You complain about "people adding posts to pools that they do not belong in" and then you add a post to a pool that it doesn't belong in.... Nice.
post #1497966 really shouldn't be in either pool.
For pool #4661, I expect posts that are months/years late, not a few days.
I understand that and have no qualms in it being removed, but quite frankly I feel if it doesn't belong in wow, that was fast it would default to about time, saw it coming.

Pools like Disgustingly Adorable, Perfect X, etc are highly subjective, so exactly what belongs in each varies depending on the person.
Why do we allow subjective pools to exist, anyway? Subjective tags like cute, sexy, etc were banned, but pools like Disgustingly Adorable and Perfect X are pretty much the same thing in pool form.
I know that most pools are subjective and fairly ambiguous but the perfect face pool is clearly defined as needing a beautiful expression, beautiful hair, and beautiful eyes. Also in disgustingly adorable I found that 2 pools that was a series have disgustingly adorable as a subset pool during the entire series I thought that to prevent flooding only the first post in the series is to be used. The others based on time where the time is not clearly defined by the pool but looking at the first few posts of the pool and seeing where the time placement for reference gave a varied ambiguous timeline. I also thought that if the pools are getting flooded that it affects the servers for danbooru.

"Beautiful" is just as subjective as "perfect", so it still varies by person.

I think that if any pool would cause problems it would be Pixiv 1000, which has the most posts out of any pool (15 thousand). But that pool still works fine.
Frankly, I feel that "Perfect X" pools should have guidelines of something like "Pictures of X drawn so well and accurate that they could serve as an artistic reference". This would both enforce stricter guidelines and make these pools meaningful.
If we are talking about subjective and ambiguous, it would be pool #847, Squeezable X. Pretty much any nude curvy girl can qualify.
