First, unless that downloader is written by someone frequenting the forum, you're asking at the wrong place. Mailing or PMing the author would be more productive. But if you want help anyway, you might start by providing link to "this addon" - I, for instance, have no idea which one you are talking about, since there are dozens of those.
Oh, and if the addon allows downloading any tag (which I believe it does), then just specify artist tag - artists are the same as the regular tags. Like this - mizuki_hitoshi.
