Well, judging by the wiki, they shouldn't be tagged with nature then.

That post I linked does a good job at displaying nature despite being indoors, so I don't see why nature needs to be limited to outdoors areas. I think the wiki should be changed.
There are other posts where nature is visible indoors too: post #1158500, post #1332106, post #683706, etc.

Maybe indoors+plants would be more suitable for these cases?
I guess nature is for posts that illustrate an outdoor ("wild") scenery with plants, but without any artificial or humanoid-built structures in close proximity to the viewpoint (although it's likely fine if they're seen in some considerable distance or don't disrupt the sense of "wilderness" in the picture). This is just my own understanding, I might be wrong here.

post #452351 is another good example of nature viewed from indoors (/ intruding into an interior space). There's also post #117347 and post #1235616 where a natural scene is visible from indoors.
We already have the problem that forest implies nature, which is why post #1462775 and post #1173233 have the nature tag despite it being inappropriate.
Jungle has the same potential issue. I'm not sure how to count post #253146 as indoors or outdoors.

Yeah, I probably haven't put enough thought/research into this matter beforehand. Now even to me it doesn't seem like a good idea because of the unnecessary complexity (confusion) it might introduce.
Toks, BCI Temp, thanks for the replies.
