Meat tentacles usually have quite large bodies, with even their smallest portions having a diameter of 30cm. Because of this, small meat tentacles are extremely rare, essentially being completely harmless as monsters. Even the newest adventurers can easily defeat them.
(They have low attack, so even the most violent attack from them won't cause much pain to their target.)
(Their skin constantly secretes an extremely slippery slime that makes them hard to grab.)
