The translations are already in Gelbooru, so should we just copy those translations for here? In fact all of the new parts are translated.

Pretty cool. Actually because they already changed the past just by being there, in reality Saber and Shirou are in a parallel timeline/universe, so one can say they're really not changing their future because it's another reality.

He can't, sadly. There's one soldier specifically who can leave the reality marble as a messenger (we see him when he's using it to hold off Caster's Noble Phantasm).

However, if you look closely, -Waver- is in there! He gets added to the reality marble after he dies since he's one of Rider's followers.
