    「お馬鹿配信同盟」というのは配信オフの方々から頂いた合同誌のサークル名なんですが、そのまま記載していいのかすごく心配になりました;;（一応ベガスさんに許可取りました）配信オフの方々前日は短い時間でしたがお話できて大変うれしかったです。またいつの日か^^ﾉｼ■前日オフ会のほうでは挨拶するべき人にできてない事が多くありました。チキンでごめんなさいorz　■とうとう、みずきさんまでもオレンゼさんの技の餌食に…お美事にございまする！

    It's a reference to Triple Eight's videos on Niconico, to be sure. I can't remember which specific video, but the line 「好きかも。。。」 (I might like [x]...) is usually paired with that face in Triple Eight's style. Additionally, I find that at the end of many other Triple Eight videos, NicoNico user comments end with that line again too (「好きかも。。。」), filling the whole screen.
