    I like to think that Rinnosuke can fight WAY better than any of the girls, but doesn't because he has faith in their abilities. (The fact that he gets to live a peaceful life as a shopkeeper is a bonus)

    I also like to think that he's the "last resort" when it comes to very damn-near impossible situations.
