Her shoulders and arms are slim, almost girly, but her thighs and hips are gigantic. I almost feel like this warrants a flag for grotesque proportions for the misuse of arms and shoulders.
Well, last rule change says that grotesque (and furry, but this is not case of this art) is okay if art is overall good in quality. This is not bad art so the only thing to do in this situation is to add "grotesque" tag.

Im probably exaggerating though.
bad_anatomy fits better. Is the problem with most of the artist, specially when they draw characters like Unryuu (in this case), or heavy proportioned girls of another copyrights.

I used bad_proportions instead. It's not anatomically wrong; everything is in the right place and looks like it works. But the size of the arms do not seem to match the rest of her body.
It looks like just one of her thighs would fill both arms if you hugged her leg.
