The original uses the term hecha-mukure, an Ibaraki dialect word for someone who's ugly—an angry face (mukureta kao) with a downturned mouth like the kana he (へ). I wanted to use "plug-ugly" for a more dialectal feel, but my available font for encircled characters has the letter P much smaller than the rest, for some reason. Also, note who's on the card. I suspect Kamikaze uses a customized deck for poking fun.
