The breast looks like that because they are saggy looking which would be normal for those type of breasts. Although the flag sounds very weak, more like a comment instead.

Agreed, this need a better reason than "We feel this is poor quality." Why? The rest of the drawing is nice.

If anything, it's because of where the breasts are "starting" from. This is bad_anatomy - they look like they're coming out of her neck. That's probably what's bugging you people.

Edit: The artist is requesting people not to repost her art, if that is any indication that this should be removed though.
