I think Reimu is the kind of person who complains about her financial situation but if it came right down to it to have any wish she'd want she'd either: A) Give it up to someone else or B) Make a wish to fix a larger problem that most people don't notice.

Reimu had a chance to get any sort of wish technology could provide at the end of Phantasmagori of Dim.Dream, and her wish was for a nuclear-powered robot maid to do the chores for her. (Sadly, Ruukoto never appeared again...)

You ask Riyo Reimu how any of her shit works so that she wins and she just answers "it just works."

Only Byakuren could possibly qualify as a Ruler from the TH set.

Reimu would probably qualify only for Archer or Caster (like nearly everyone else in Gensokyo).
