Ido says there's 9 reference in this strip. 5 has been discovered, 4 left.

I was about to say, DAMN, that's a mixed metaphor, putting Knight Rider, Wacky Races, Speed Racer, F-Zero, Initial D, and whatever driving game that "Crashed!" came from all into one pile...
Copying from the child post:
Speed Racer (Bisko's helmet)Knight Rider (Ro's quote)F-Zero (Ro's helmet)Diddy Kong Racing (Ro's accessory)Wacky Races (Ro's laughing pose)Initial D (the whole second panel, really)Mario Kart (drifting sparks and smoke)
That serious accident line look like warning from rockman series
For some reason the source is now tagged with "Topgear", "Thrill Drive" and "The Crew". No idea about the references.
I don't see how it's Topgear. Bisko isn't screaming "POWEEEEEEEEEER!" before flipping over a Reliant Robin...
"Crashed" is probably from the Driver series, though...
I haven't played The Crew, but it might be where the "Serious Accident" comes from...
Thrill Drive (serious accident/重大事故)https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPuFXlLnYPk
niconico user says "CRASHED!" is EA Burnout series.
BISKO just crashed a vacation!
Kantai Kart spin off game when?
What's the deal with Teste's straw hat? She wasn't wearing one in the previous page. Could that possibly be a reference?
Poor Commandant Teste, but i guess thats what happens when you skip work :')

Yes, her official summer CG game art.

Nice going, Bisko.
Now to wonder how will Nagamon react to this...
an aeon ago, there was a series called Bruno the kid, featuring Bruce Willis as the voice actor for a kid who was supposed to be an international spy. One episode, his mission was to capture a german-made clone of himself. There was a car chase and the clone, driving as fast as he could, was caught in an explosion but he ejected his seat, which had tiny motorized wheels. Still struggling to escape, the clone was quickly within the reach of the protagonist, which still had a complete car. The protagonist then *rammed* his car into the side of the still moving ejected seat. There were very loud clashes but the clone's seat was firmly set into the road. The clone smirked and snapped "you cannot push me off the road, Bruno der Kidd, I am seated in German automobile technology"
That's a very out-of-nowhere Knight Rider reference...
Looking at the pictures and comparing them I am assuming Bismarck there is driving a Mercedes-Benz 770 (W07), though it could be the later W150 version too.
I forgot to mention it and it's unlikely it would be referenced here, but the second panel reminds me of an unreleased arcade called Chicago 1929 Chase.
I never knew that I wanted this game until now. It would be so awesome and wacky.
Eurobeat intensifies !
Just noticed that T-T from Diddy Kong Racing is hanging from Ro's Capt Falcon helmet.
