Are she and the previous Asashio Type Zeros though? Remember, the Kiso and Yukikaze shorts did not involve Type 0s.
Asashio is 120. Not a Type Zero, but she's compliance, unlike the madness in Type Zero. This Tenryuu is 054. And you see how she is.
Also, While it's true Kiso isn't a Type Zero (she's 107), she's not crazy. Instead, she's calm. Way too calm. And Yukikaze is a Type Zero, 049, to be exact.
Ebiblue states explicitly when they're Type-Zeros though, it's not based on the reference number.
This Tenryuu seems to have lost the ability to actually see shipgirls properly, due to the Abyssal Eye she now has.
It's not stated out that reference number and Type actually have a connection or not. But so far, all the ones with 0xx are Type Zero when 1xxs are not. So I think it's safe to draw such conclusion as reference number is related to Type.

Not really. Here's the thing, Type 0s explicitly act mechanical. If they have an actual personality and humanity (for better or for worse), they're not Type 0s. Type 0s don't really have any social attachments. Their sole, and exclusive, purpose is to kill Abyssals. They're more machine than human with their lack of emotion (which is explicitly stated when they were introduced). They are also explicitly "prototype" units. So far, there have been two identified type 0s. Murakumo and Kamikaze, both of which fit the aforementioned profile. Their dialogue was also very mechanical, especially while "On Mission". The rest have been standard Ebiblue.
You...Tenryuu...chan...?You're so late, idiot!Sorry getting you so worried.I got it, Tatsuta.Oh... It's you, Ikazuchi?Sure.Hey!Tenryuu-chan.Don't do anything so reckless again,
