So this is a Ruler class servant, very obviously looking like Artoria Lancer. However, she referred to herself as Lion King so her official name is not known yet. Just like we don't label Mysterious Heroine X as Artoria Assassin, we can't just label her Arotria Ruler, so we'll have to wait until part 2 banner comes out.
