Just a few moments ago, a friend asked me "Masta Ma, wot happon?"
I was puzzled, and he sent me some screeenshots. I was like "Aww!" and immediately understood.
It was yestadeh, two young men came to me. Both are about 30 years old, one of them weights around 90 kg and the other is around 80 kg.
Dey said, "Master Ma, I think I over-excercised in the gym and hurt my neck. Can you teach me how to use Hunyuan power, so I can deal with my neck pain?"
I said yes, and I said "You are over-excercising in the gym without any practical method. It won't work."
He didn't buy that, and I said "Kid, come and try to bend my finger with both your hands." He couldn't do it. He said "This is useless."
I said "No, it's useful. This is strength re-direct, the key of traditional Kungfu. I can use an ounce of my own strength and re-direct a thousand pounds of incoming power. This single finger can't be bend even by a British body-builder weights over 200 pounds. "
He said he would like to fight me. I agreed.
He stood up right after I gave him the nod. Dat was fast! He came with a left push kick! A right roundhouse kick! Then a left jab!
I was able to parry them all. We are talking about traditional Kungfu here, so it natually comes to pulling my punch after a slight touch. I put my right fist on his nose, and I refrained from actually hitting him.
I smiled and ready to pull my punch. Because he already lost the fight by traditional Kungfu standard. If I didn't stop right there, I'd broke his nose. I did stop, and didn't break his nose.
He admittd this too! He didn't know my fist was already on his nose, but he did admit that my strike on his face was faster.
Well, I was pulling my punch, and he suddenly striked my face with a left jab. I was absent-minded and didn't dodge.
His left fist swiped my eye, right eye. But I was fine. Even in that screenshot, he said it himself. I was streaming tears at the time, and I covered my eye. I said "Stop, stop right there." After two minutes, around two minutes, and I recovered.
I said "Young man, you have no honor." He apologized immediately and said "I'm sorry Master Ma, I'm sorry. I was not aware of the rules." He claimed that he was acting on instinct.
He wasn't! Push kick. Roundhouse kick. Jab. He was obviously well trained. He then admitted that he was trained in Muay Thai for a couple years. So apparently they came well prepared.
These two young men, they truly have no sense of honor.
They lied to me!
They assualted me!
I'm a 69 years old elder. Is this acceptable? Absolutely not.
Here's my advice to this young man: Think it though and behey yorshellfu in da fewcha. Don't you ever pull these tricks again. These are loathsome petty tricks.
Traditional Kungfu is about peace and honor. Never fight among ourselves.

This is a currently viral meme about the so-called Taichi master Ma Baoguo and his heart-throbbing training center adventure unexpected training center encounter.
Ma is a self-proclaimed Taichi master, and the grand master of his homebrew Hunyuan Taichi style. He was allegedly proclaimed a "modern Bruce Lee" by the British Council for Chinese Martial Arts, and actually owns a registered martial art society called Hunyuan Taichi Association in Britain, where he worked to fund his son's university education. Now, he owns a training center where his apprentices practice, and also allegedly heals people with physical injuries and/or illnesses with chi related mumbojumbo. Aside from teaching in person, he also produces Taichi instruction videos for online access.
Ma doesn't really know Kungfu, or at the very least does know but hasn't mastered any. His ridiculous farce has been called out several times, but has continued to thrive in stupidity and superstition. His online Taichi instruction videos, especially the so-called "Nimble and Elastic Lighting Fast Whiplashes ", have been the source of ridicule on the Chinese internet for quite a while.
Ma's shallow image inevitably met an inglorious end in a martial art tournament in Shandong on May 17 2020. Ma was invited to pit against Wang Qingmin, a former military personnel and life-time kickboxing coach. Despite being a grand master of Taichi that can "take 10 MMA fighters with ease," Ma was knocked out 3 times in merely 30 seconds and had to be removed by a medical team.
Ma became a total laughingstock since, and laid low for a while. Yet he was unexpectedly pushed back into publicity due to the viral spread of a video. In said video, a black eyed Ma tells a story of two young men "with no honor." They claimed to be suffering from neck pain due to over-exercise and sought Ma's miraculous chi power for relief in his training center, which Ma generously abided. However, they assualted Ma when he was performing the act of healing. Ma emphasizes that he was able to block and counter all incoming strikes, but refrained from actually hurting these two young men. Yet one of these young men took advantage of his restraint and struck him on the right eye, which he didn't manage to successfully dodge. Ma accuses these two young men for acting without honor and respect toward elders, and urges them to think it through and behave in the future. The video ends with a mysteriously long hold on Ma's twin thermos water bottles.
Ma's infamy was still fresh by the time this video went viral, and Ma's thick Shandong accent makes this whole video utterly hilarious. To most people, this is yet another relentless slap in the face for this scammer. Although in reality, the incident in the video happened in January 2020, long before Ma's downfall.
