That omnipheromone could even be part of the weird smell the other girl was noticing in the previous page. I mean, obviously not the only part, given all the sweat and assorted monster fluids that get on her. Though one hopes she might make some effort to bathe before returning, she clearly didn't replace her clothes, and some smells just never come out of fabric.
