You clearly don't know what the world "androgynous" means.

"Androgynous" is used to describe a person who looks both masculine and feminine to the point that one cannot make a clear conclusion as to whether that person is male or female.

Clearly in this image we all see a woman. Whether she used to be male or not in the past makes no difference as we see that she's presently a woman.

So no, Poison is not androgynous.
