@AdaVonBooru Is this a self-upload or is it a commission? I only ask because this is a wholly different artsyle than the other things you've uploaded under your own name and it wouldn't be the first time a commissioner has done that.
Further, what is Sinful Red? Your twitter account leads me to believe that this is your FFXIV OC. If it is, it should be tagged as such.

it is self upload yes. i am the original artist and i work with the person that owns the characters and writes about them. none of them are commissions. sinful red is the collaborative group name of our characters with most not being from ffxiv. but i will tag the ones necessary as ffxiv.

Copyright tags are primarily for commercial copyrights. Indie copyrights usually only get their own tags if they've gained a sizeable popularity, the main criteria for this generally being a large amount of fanart, as well as a consistent and recognizable setting.
"Collaborative group name" doesn't sound like something that should be a copyright tag.

I looked at all of this beforehand on the wiki. The copyright tag just says general source material. It is not my fault things are loosely defined and structured here. And sinful red is still the name of the story/world. But i will remove the tag since you are bothered by it

On Danbooru, the term "copyright" means "the anime/game/comic/movie/etc from which a character originates". It does NOT mean "anything that is copyrighted".
Posts not based on any established works should be tagged with the original copyright tag.
You say attitude yet i have already made the changes necessary. And that could have been the end of this. But no you decided to instigate this further and shove definitions at my face.

You claimed the wiki (I'm not sure which wiki you mean) said that copyright tags are just "general source material" as well as complaining that things here are loosely defined and poorly structured. I quoted from the wiki that explains copyright tags to show that they aren't just free-for-alls. I won't deny that finding the relevant reading materials for how we do things can be difficult, but if you intend to stick around, would you prefer I didn't correct your mistakes and direct you to said materials?
The attitude comment was for your last line. I wasn't saying it shouldn't be a tag because it bothers me, I was saying it because policy says it shouldn't be. My other option would've been to remove the tag myself without saying anything, and just see how that goes.

help:tags from here. but yes i wasn't having an attitude you can't really tell with text. people read one thing when they mean something else. you can edit it as you like, i only added the copyright because there will be more characters involved within that same tag(i had no idea which tag so it does not bother me if it is not under copyright, i looked more into the wiki and i will make the proper changes)so i just wanted to make things easier to collect. it won't bother me what changes you make.
