those boobs seems like water balloons instead of actual boobs, based on the reaction from the physical interaction. The rest seemed great but that part broke the immersion for me.
I'm certain there are multiple independent projects currently working on that. Here's one i can think of (another preview from twitter). Also saw this a while back, they all came at around the same time after apple's vr/ar headset announcement
