Dump stat is the stat that you ignore.

Patchy having con as a dump stat would mean that it's her worst stat.

But she doesn't ignore it.
Her base/growth just suck on it.
But she ignores working on Charisma (unlike Remi).
In any case my point is that she can fight for a very very long period of time in SWR/UNL and hit major hard(With melee).

Have you guys seen her intelligence stat?

To reach values that high, Patchouli must have at least two dumb stats. The first chosen was constitution (since no one was going to attack a librarian researching in theory) and the second was charisma (since Remilia was going to make all the diplomacy checks in the party).

This allowed her to maintain an okay dexterity and wisdom, and she has used Reinforcement Magic to improve her physical strength to a point where she can actually fight.
