She has no trouble with anyone appreciating your flowers. What she has a problem with is people damaging her flowers! You can look all day long if you want and she won't mind. Hell, she doesn't mind when ordinary people watch her danmaku battles because she's known for creating beautiful patterns! Its when people pick the flowers (thus killing them) or trample them that she gets mad!

She does not say that. It's an idiom that was mistakenly translated literally. I imagine this image will no longer qualify for "Quotable Dialogue", but so it goes.
