The tertiary Rider of Kamen Rider Gavv. Lakia's brother, Connel, was killed due to his addiction to the Stomach Family's sweets. Swearing revenge, Lakia poses as another addict to get in their good graces, eventually being chosen by Nyelv Stomach for a surgery made to create someone to fight the human world's anti-Granute Kamen Riders, allowing Lakia to transform into Kamen Rider Vram. He eventually allies himself with Shoma, realizing he should use his power to fight the Stomach Company rather than aid them.
