She is portrayed with long blue hair tied into twintails, and yellow eyes.
Her original design (post #3599705) consists of a frilled white dress with detached frilled sleeves and a cut-out on her front that exposes her cleavage, a single thighhigh on her left leg, a red leg ribbon on her right leg, and hair jingle bells on her hair bows.
Her current default design consists of a long-sleeved white shirt with frills, a black skirt with suspenders, black beret, and either pantyhose or white thighhighs.
Personality
Lore-wise, she was originally portrayed as a miko who was raised away from society to learn to talk to certain dragons, with her original design reflecting her nature as a miko. Though still considered one, with her acceptance into society, she switched out of her original design.
