axe hand morgan

A villanous character from the manga and anime One Piece. He was a Marine captain abusing his position (he ruled the Marine base and the surrounding town like a tin pot dictator) and allowing his son Helmeppo to do the same. He was defeated early on by Luffy and his then-brand-new teammate Zoro and arrested, but was able to escape arrest and remains at large.
