axillary tail of spence

A narrow extension of breast tissue reaching into the armpit, most notably when the arm(s) are raised, they look like an extension of tissue that reaches from the breast to the top of the armpit.

When the arm(s) are down, it would look like a curve at the top outer sides of each breast.
