Elira Pendora is a dragon girl virtual youtuber in Nijisanji EN's first batch.
Character designed by Kamameshi Gougoumaru, her personal emoji is 🌤️ (cloudy sun).
She is canonically (but not IRL) the elder sister of Selen Tatsuki, who debuted in the 2nd batch of Nijisanji EN.

Elira has long blue hair, with white trim, blue head wings, x hair ornament and bangs covering her left eye. Her right eye is aqua, while her character sheet revealed that she shares her sister's heterochromia with her left eye being purple. She also has prominent fangs.
Her default outfit consists of a white sweater worn off her right shoulder (exposing a mole on her shoulder), grey overall shorts, a pair of white socks and a pair of black shoes. In this outfit her right sleeve extends past her fingers, while she wear a single grey glove on her left hand. She also has a pair of dragon wings from her back.

Personality
Elira has a generally laid-back and cool personality, allowing her to serve as a counterbalance between the perverted sea dragon and otaku fairy. She is also known for her smooth voice, especially with her signature catchphrase "sheesh." In her official art, Elira is shown to have sizable breasts that are hidden under her baggy sweater.
Elira has a pronounced fear of fish and of the sea in general (thalassophobia), due to a childhood trauma involving jellyfish. She also has a prominent interest in franchises with female demographics (such as Ensemble Stars!, Hypnosis Mic, and A3!) to the point of having a side Twitter where she usually talks about them, thus earning her a fairly sizeable female fanbase.
