Furuta Junko (born: January 18, 1971 - January 4, 1989 [age: 17]) was a Japanese high school student who was abducted, raped, tortured, and murdered by 4 teenage males that took place over a 40-day period starting on 25 November 1988.
Her murderers were Miyano Hiroshi (later Yokoyama Hiroshi) [age: 18], Ogura Jo (later Kamisaku Jo) [age: 17], Minato Shinji [age: 16], and Watanabe Yasushi. [age: 17]
