The Empress appeared at the end of the war when the Empire's home planet, Albaterra, was still unified. She quickly put an end to the conflict and unified the planet. She has continued to reign as the Empire's God Empress for over a thousand years.

With the goal of creating a "unified galactic nation with the Empire at its apex," she has been absorbing other planets as subordinates and working to conquer the entire galaxy.

Despite her galactic conquest, she maintains the cultures of subordinate states and governs with compassion, adopting a protective occupation policy that enriches the Empire itself through overall development.

She loves all her subjects, including subordinate states, but is cold-hearted and only allows the conquered planets the choice between loyalty and war, completely refusing to accept "coexistence."
