An electricity-wielding middle schooler from Toaru Majutsu no Index, nicknamed "Biri Biri" (electrokinesis), among other things.
She is capable of firing a railgun using a coin and turning it into a weapon, capable of destroying objects.
Protagonist of the spinoff manga Toaru Kagaku no Railgun.
