Off-shoulder shirts are meant to emphasize and accentuate the wearer's shoulders, collarbone, and neck (or nape), with the sleeves of an off-shoulder shirt sitting on the upper arms instead of on top of the shoulders.
Do not use this tag for open or partially-open shirts that are simply worn hanging off the upper arms (ie. post #3976123, post #4578307, post #4576682, post #4935438, post #4910412, post #6125474, etc.). Those shirts should be tagged only off shoulder instead. A general rule of thumb is that if the shirt appears it could be pulled up and worn normally without slipping off the shoulder, it is not an off-shoulder shirt.
