You responded to another user's 6 year old comment specifically to say she's wrong about her own gender identity and sexual orientation. What did you expect would happen?

Like everyone else, transgender people have a sexual orientation. Transgender people may be straight, lesbian, gay, bisexual, or queer. For example, a person who transitions from male to female and is attracted solely to men would typically identify as a straight woman. A person who transitions from female to male and is attracted solely to men would typically identify as a gay man.
Using post #7574434 as reference, you can see that this artist draws RPK and Noa's eyes differently. If he wanted subtly suggest this was really RPK, he mostly likely would have drawn the eyes accordingly: darker and empty-eyed. As is stands this looks more like actual Noa, just holding an RPK MG.
