Question about saikome/Psycome tag

Anyone know if there is a reason why the light novel "Psycho Love Comedy" by Mizushiro Mizuki is named "saikome" here when it's called "Psycome" everywhere else, including on the covers?

Someone probably just tagged it based on the katakana, without seeing the spelling. I've changed it over, because it's intended to be a non-Japanese word clearly.
