Alternate spellings. May need to discuss which is most appropriate
Maruga_Naruze -> Malga_Naruze

Other English titles I've seen are horizon_in_the_middle_of_nowhere, horizon_on_the_middle_of_nowhere, and horizon_on_the_borderline
I made the p-01s tag a little while back before I became familiar with the characters. It might refer to the general automated doll model and not solely Horizon.
On a related note, would using the full title *_(kyoukai_senjou_no_horizon) be better than using *_(horizon) as a qualifier for characters?

I have no idea what to do about this. Is there any way to tell the difference? Does it matter?

oh god no. Horizon is fine as a qualifier.
Did the various title aliased.
Done the character for now, we can always reverse if needed:
Maruga_Naruze -> Malga_Naruze
Neit_Mitotsudaira -> Neito_Mitotsudaira
Nao_masa -> Naomasa_(horizon)
The last one had to be qualified, naomasa is too potentially ambiguous.
Will wait on the p-01s thing.
Don't think this has been resolved yet, but there is a visible difference between horizon_ariadust and p-01s, however I think post #1035297 is the only non p-01s Horizon there is at the moment (seems to be the only one under the ホライゾン・アリアダスト tag on pixiv as well).
It's a major spoiler how it happened near the beginning of the series, albeit the connection was very strongly hinted at, but p-01s is referred to as Horizon for the remainder of the series after the reveal.
Personally, I think there is enough visible difference to warrant separate tags, though the volume of human Horizon as of yet might be low enough to not bother.
If we do though, perhaps using the p-01s and horizon_ariadust tags if you think the spoiler is significant or something like horizon_ariadust_(young) like with alice_margatroid_(young) if you think it isn't.
