Tag Implication: bodyfat_chart -> chart

Implicating bodyfat_chart -> chart.

Reason: A bodyfat_chart is a type of comparison chart, just like a bust_chart.

This is a tag I created when I saw post #620300 in the hopes that other, similar charts will be found and tagged.

Wait for a tag to be populated before asking for an implication. If nothing is ever found again and the tag is nuked/folded into another tag then we've got an implication that applied to one post that now applies to zero.
