How are the pools list arranged?

normally I'd just look at the list for the updated touhou 4koma works but it seems like now many of the old pools were dragged out again.

would like to know how the list updates or is arranged as I find that many of them doesn't seemed like they are updated as I saw some of them are only empty pools or only contains cover page since the post was deleted...

The reason why you see so many random pools lined up up front is because I'm updating them, by changing their titles, marking them inactive, etc. The pool list shows what has been updated in order, whether a post has been added, description is changed, whatever.

Incidentally, if you're interested in following certain pools, you can try a certain Greasemonkey addon for Firefox, which allows you to follow them from your profile. It's more reliable than the pool list.
