post #9504719 hey this got deleted twice, it's a darkereve fanart of Blue Sub 6 Kino and Mutio but it didn't get approved.
I have been uploading some lewd drawings from the same artist, some got approved but some didn't. I am confused because as mentioned, they are by the same artist, in the same style, of the same quality and from the same series as a number of other drawings that have been approved.
As a reminder, those are all explicit

Why were the uploads in the first group deleted?
The stated reason for all of them is that they simply haven't been approved in 3 days, so not rejected. Does that mean there is still some way to have them approved? I'm kind of hesitant to upload more from that same series since I already lost some post limit over this.

These uploads were by an Approver. Users who are Contributor level or above have the option of skipping the modqueue, and the user in question did just that when uploading these artworks. You can search approver:any to get a feel for what can get through the modqueue.

Any deleted post can be undeleted even after the three days are up, and indeed your initially deleted posts have been approved (as of time of writing). Sometimes, an Approver will go over old deleted posts and approve any they think is good enough. Many users, some of them Approvers, also frequent this thread; some of these Approvers may silently approve posts put up here.

Yes, you can appeal deleted posts; you can read about appeals here if you haven't done so already. As ChikaP said, approvers and above can undelete posts of their own volition. Also, some contributors, who have unlimited appeals, will go through deleted posts and appeal those they think deserve it.
Already passed, but was flagged maliciously

The post is good, try appeal for maybe someone approve.
And the last batch of failed appeals, for now anyway.
SFWpost #9296594 - I can kinda see the disinterest; going to list it anyway for completeness Thanks!
post #9310913 - This one actually came with feedback: "Bad hand. Proportions or perspective looks off. Overall mediocre quality.", but I'm not seeing how the hands are bad or the proportions are off?
post #9310961 - one person said it was low quality with no explanation; I'm not sure how it's low quality. It's the same artist as the last one; would ht esame criticisms apply?
QUESTIONABLE/NSFW
post #9274809 - one person said it was low quality with no explanation; I can tell it's particularly fetishistic but now how it's LQ
post #9322286 - no comment
Thanks!

I don't know how to describe it, but something about Purple Heart's anatomy looks off.

I don't see why these weren't approved, they seem high quality to me.

I'm not an expert by any means, but it seems like her torso is a little too long. But as you said, it's hard to properly put it to words.
Of what I can see. there seems to be a severe disconnect between the upper portion of the body and the rest. You can actually see through the boob line arms it almost look like two different girls layered on top of each other. Following the spine tells the tale, and also reveals how odd the legs and hips look (which you can also see the placement of the leg between the crotch in post #9471156 ).
To the original poster, the design looks nice and clean, but the anatomy seems odd and the facial expression feel very wooden. I don't believe that the girls are enjoying themselves and rather it seems like the artist wants you to think the girls are enjoying themselves. It's borderline and I'd ordinarily suggest appealing, but with the analysis it received I think it might have some more fundamental issues.
I'm confused on what's wrong with the art that I uploaded by this dude and was deleted. https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts?tags=zeon132+status%3Adeleted

I liked 9296594, so went ahead and approved that. The art style was a little too simplified, but the joke amused me and that was worth it for me.
post #9310913 - Anatomically it's rough. The head is far too big and the arms, legs, and hands look stiff and unnatural. The pose feels awkward, and the line work is a bit too sketchy. I like the color of the eyes, but that's it.
post #9310961 - Stiff anatomy again. I don't get the sense that she has a spine that's bending. If I were to take a guess, the poor quality would be due to how strange the pose she has riding the broom and how wide her thighs get. I can appreciate the artist trying something new, but I think what they are trying is far outpaces their ability. Their face and hair art the best part to me, but it's not there.
post #9274809 - Kinky art is in a bit of an uphill climb because it needs to pass both the approver's tastes and artistic quality and there is a LOT of others competing for the attention. In this case, the pose and anatomy don't quite fit the quality necessary to catch an interest. She looks like she's playing with balloon bags and the pose isn't especially noteworthy.
post #9322286 - Another case of the artist not quite have the ability they are trying to convey. The line work is clean, but the anatomy is so stiff. This is also a weird case where despite the artist attempting to convey the object in 3D it looks two-dimensional. The artist really needs to go to an anatomy book and study basic shapes, otherwise their line work is really good.
I'd hate to suggest it, but I don't think any of the above four are really worth the effort for an appeal. Hopefully the explanations help.

post #9508566 - Artistically they are the same, and as stated above, kinky art needs to pass both the approver's taste and artistic quality. The art style is interesting but the line work is ROUGH. These might get approved in the appeal, but I think this is more the case of catching the right approver at the right time. This is borderline and I could see it getting through.

I don't really go to Tsukihime, so I can't really approve of it based on familiarity. Art-wise, I feel like this artist is on their way but also a little too overly simplistic. They are taking anatomical shortcuts in the chest and heads that take a bit too many liberties. And since I don't go here, I'm not really drawn to any of these.

What’s different between it and his art that was approved?

Forgive me if I sound glib, but those pieces found an approver that liked it enough to accept it during the window that they were up for approval? Sometimes its a matter of taste; sometimes its a matter of quality; and sometimes it's a mater of the work being more than the sum of their parts. As I said, this isn't really my fandom so they're not for me, and the other pieces had a quality that the other approvers approved of. As to the specific quality I can only speak to what interests me.
If you feel that they are worth due consideration, you are always allowed to appeal the pieces once you have the slots.
