This tag just seems to be used for red-eyed characters winking/in profile, having one eye covered, or heterochromatic characters with one red eye. (Actually, some plain outright have two red eyes.)

We can create red-eye effect if we ever need the camera effect, and probably stick with red sclera for the medical problem.
