A protagonist in Tales of Legendia who works as a treasure hunter by herself before meeting Senel Coolidge's party. Norma has a habit of nicknaming everyone she meets, although she doesn't give herself one (Moses does call her 'Bubbles' though). Her seiyuu is Mizuhashi Kaori.
