Er, read it again. This is a cover illustration for the music CD "Love Story", which is a CD from Angel Note.

It doesn't have to say Taka Tony because I'm pretty sure it's from one of his artbooks/collections, so that's assumed.

It's an amazing piece of art either way.

It SHOULD say Cover illustration for music CD "Love Story" by Tony Taka because its referring to the image.

no, he was right in saying that it refers to the creator of the CD, hence why it says "for music CD 'Love Story' by Angel Note" if you REALLY want it to mention taka tony, it would say "Cover Illustration for music CD 'Love Story' by Angel Note; Illustration by Taka Tony"
