I believe this is a reference to how Ayase's good ending in the PSP game involves her starting a family with Kyousuke.

But how did Ayase find this out? And is it months later, since you can't determine the gender of a developing fetus until it grows large enough for the characteristics to be visible via ultrasound?

I hope someone can upload this complete webcomic for those of us who can't navigate the artist's website thanks to being Japanese-illiterate.

Well, according to some summaries I've read about the currently-unanimated novels (or unanimated portions of novels), there's plenty of interactions Kyosuke has with Ayase that haven't been animated yet. Maybe the artist was referring to those instead then.

They'll be a treat to see when they do get animated, though.

Well, actually Ayase only say the gender-neutral Child, not Son :)

And seeing the rate, probably whatever the author made will get uploaded here quickly.
