sorry dude, last chapter confirmed it. Alluka is a girl. Which to me was pretty freaking obvious from the start.

False, she did give birth to daughters such as the nen remover and the one who started calling herself the queen after the queen's death.

Alluka's a girl, the rest of the family depersonalize and Killua switches genders depending on whether he refers to creepy eyes or regular Alluka.
