I think this is fanart of one sequence they used in the Bururaji episode they took at TGS 2011. They were reading why fans thought Makoto would be nice to hang out with at TGS, and then for some reason, these words came up. Sugita then proceeded to ALMOST sing the OP to Gundam Wing. (lol)
