From what I was able to decipher translating, they're apologizing to Minna. I'm totally guessing when i say いままで疑ってて = Up until now we doubted you ゴメン = Sorry すまんミーナ！！ = We're sorry Minna!!
Are they appologizing for doubting it when Minna said witches usually retire around twenty? Or are they appologizing for doing some kind of prayer/spell to take away Minna's magic for themselves, so they can fly longer?

Well,I think they doubt that Minna is 18 years old and when they knew that their powers will be weaken at 20, they apologize to Minna for doubting her.
