No, the only thing that was confirmed was that a story by Higashide Yuuichirou would be in TM Ace 7 (that's this Jack story). Nothing about a light novel or series.
Someone misread "story" as "novel" in Higashide's tweet and some blog or other went "OMG GAIZ THERE'S GOING TO BE A LIGHT NOVEL!!11", that's the source of that misinformation.

Well, the scan also says this is Act I, so it's reasonable to assume that there will be more.

It's reasonable (although Fate/Strange Fake was a "prologue" and it was never intended to be continued), but people were claiming "light novel series" even before we saw the "Act 1" thing.
Just clarifying what has been confirmed and what hasn't.
