I'm serious people, stuff like this is seen as sexually suggestive. While an innocent panty shot is one thing, a shot, in combination with that pose and expression makes this questionable.
Like I said, it's the combination that's the factor here. Any of these factors on their own would be fine, but when combined... well, I wouldn't want my boss to see it. Not explicit, of course, but... well, if you're not sure if you're boss would give you a pink slip for it, call it questionable.
I'm sorry, but that's not what sexually suggestive meant in here. Sexually suggestive tag is used when the pic contains sexual imagery. This pic is simply seducing yet does not contain any kind of sexual imagery.
