That looks like a KFC Double Down, the sandwich where a couple slabs of fried meat is the "bread".

Somehow I feel ashamed to be American knowing that Japan is aware of the shame that is our having produced the KFC Double Down.

Order extra rice and it is a fulfilling dinner. At approx $3 (PHP 120~130) it ain't bad.

This actually brings an interesting thought to my mind; I've never been able to eat one of these because of just how greasy they look, however when I visited China their KFCs had some of the best chicken(?) I've ever eaten, seemingly because it was baked instead of fried. Zero grease and very crispy. If there were a version of this sandwich like that, I could certainly eat it.

Those 'sandwiches' are damn good. I have one every year during a Christmas parade, they provide ample warmth.
