I'm starting to think "translation bumps" don't actually accomplish anything other than cluttering the comments. The process of getting something translated beyond bugging the translators (which really accomplishes nothing) is hoping that a user with the skills/experience/language discovers an image in need of translating while s/he's in a translating mood. Am I pretty much right?
