So, this is like a direct sequel then, judging from the "2". And the opposite legendary of each respective version, the one N has, fuses with Kyurem or something?
Unless I'm terribly wrong, there won't be anything like fusions in that game as these could be just alternate formes of Kyurem (like Deoxys etc). And with "no fusions" I mean nothing you could pull off yourself (like randomly fusing 2 pokemon), it could be very well a plot device but definitely not a new feature.

First: Reshiram is Dragon, Zekrom is Dragon, Kyurem is Dragon, the first type will always be Dragon. Second: Both Freeze Shock and Ice Burns are Ice-type, why would it change type and loses it STAB? 99% sure still Dragon/Ice for both forms. Annnd... both looks like shit. I expect Kyurem's new form should be like Sindragosa at least.
I have this feeling of mine that they'll be Ice/Electric and Ice/Fire respectively.. and the ZekromKyurem will get Freeze Shock and ReshiramKyurem will get Ice Burn..
Ice/Electric and Ice/Fire will be pretty damn cool.
What's not so cool for me is that Reshiram's really grown on me, but it looks like there will be color-matching on this go-around...and Kyurom looks quite a bit less appealing than Kyuram or even Zekrom.
Kyurem is the shell of the Great Dragon of Unova that split into Zekrom and Reshiram. These two new Dragons are incomplete until both Zekrom and Reshiram return to Kyurem.
Of course if you think that way, that means we still don't know what the actual Great Dragon looks like.

Err . . . hate to burst your bubble, but Kyurem's not the shell of the Great Dragon or anything -- it's an extraterrestrial. It came to the planet on a meteor, hence the Giant Chasm's existence.
Won't deny that it gives off that incomplete feeling, but I get it as more of a 'I got seriously damaged on entering the atmosphere and leaving an impact crater so big it's called a Chasm' thing. After all, he's kinda obviously damaged if his own power is leaking out of him.
(And before anyone goes 'but he's the void part of the Tao trio!' -- he's from the void of SPACE. Think about it.)

I agree with the above quote on all but one point. it would make no sense to give up his stab and typing for those moves, nor would it help to drop the dragon typing an open it to a host of weaknesses including that devistating rock weekness(stealth rock's plaything). Rather Freeze Shock and Ice Burn have the potential to drop one of two statuses on the opponent.(FRZ/PRZ or FRZ/BRN respectively)
I think he looks awesome.

Its possible, the great dragon split its self apart in order to pick both sides. It was obviously so at war with its self that i couldn't choose one over the other. Whats to say that the great chasm wasn't created by the great dragon blowing itself in two. from a distance it would sound and feel like a meteor hitting. Or It flew into the air and did anepic dive bomb to shut the voices in its head up hence the look of a meteor crashing. Much speculation can be made and as vaguely proven as the next with the limited info. Lets not write that empty shell theory off just yet.
