Riinto, exhentai doesn't "give you sadpanda", you give it to yourself by not knowing what you're doing. It's meant to keep out people that can't get around it so they can have loli and shota available to all, rather than hiding it behind a perk from the RPG on e-hentai (similar to how Danbooru hides it from lower ranked members).
